Nestled between Cambie and Main, each unit in this modern townhouse development project is a modern escape that seamlessly integrates function and style. Designed with families in mind, the kitchen is the central hub of the home, with a large island, state-of-the-art Miele appliances and plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. 

This project maximizes indoor-outdoor living in an innovative way. A beautiful courtyard offers the perfect getaway to enjoy social gatherings, while balconies, patios, or rooftop decks in the units offer panoramic views of the mountains and city.

For the design of this stunning residential development in North Vancouver, we pulled inspiration from New York City’s dreamy brownstones. We kept things minimalistic and bright, leveraging the newer neighbourhood’s natural light and utilizing clean lines throughout each luxury townhouse. Every unit feels like a Manhattan oasis, with cozy courtyards and a warm, inviting interior. 

The goal of this rezoning was to transform this heritage single-family home into a triplex, with three units in the main structure. We wanted this transformation to incorporate thoughtful and innovative space planning, but keep the traditional heritage feel of the original building.

We played with sleek contrasts in this space, designing it with rich colours and finishes. We also included shapes and arches to give the original features a luxury upgrade, from real marble archways to layering on the mantle.
In an unconventional fashion, we also combined warm white tones with dark wood throughout, creating a space that feels contemporary, traditional and of course, timeless.
