One of our clients main goals in their renovation was to be conscious of waste. We used @unbuildersdeconstruction to deconstruct the house and reused as much as feasible throughout the design. This fantastic tub being one of the items put back into the space. The challenge was actually getting it back up the narrow staircase into this miniature primary bathroom. But with new enamel, a bit of paint and a lot of sweat and swearing from the team, we couldn’t be more pleased. Reused and refreshed, it’s wild what a little bit of paint and patience can do!

Our clients are sustainability-driven and sought to restore and repurpose as much of their 100-year-old home as they could. The entry was a no brainer... We re-used and re-finished the existing newel posts and handrails in North Sea @benjaminmoore further enhancing the homes character. Stay tuned to see what else we repurposed!⁠
